Communities, Retreats & Experiences / Experience package
Build the mastermind package before asking the marketing team to fill it
The audience, promise, setting, schedule, host role, and guest outcome should be clear before the campaign begins.
Name the result
A mastermind is easier to explain when the host can say who it is for, what people will work through together, and what they should be able to do differently afterward. Start with that result before choosing every activity or marketing angle.
Separate the host job from the venue job
The host owns the audience, teaching, community, and sales promise. The experience package should define the setting, lodging, gathering spaces, schedule needs, hospitality touchpoints, and operating handoffs. Clear roles keep the offer believable and the event manageable.
Price the complete experience
The ticket is not only buying session time. Guests consider travel, lodging, meals, comfort, family needs, useful connections, and the quality of the full stay. Put those pieces on one page before the marketing team is expected to sell them.

This is an evergreen project blog, not a claim about a current local rule. A property review must confirm the city or county rules and current market facts that apply to the site.
